The site states that it offers a large number of provably fair games. However, we didn’t see any way to identify these from ones that aren’t.
Available games are split into different categories to help you find your favorites quickly.
Slots
There are over 2,000 different slot games available on 1xBit. These include popular options like Diamond Shot, Amun’s Book, Poseidon’s Rising, The Emirate, and Mining Factory.
Each of these games allows a demo mode that lets you test the game before spending any of your hard-earned money on it.
Table Games
Table games (Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and Blackjack) can be found under the Slots category, provided you click on the Slots tab and not just hover over it. They will then appear in the sub-categories list on the left side of the screen.
Like with the slots, there are demo versions available for these games.
Live Casino
The massive live casino offers over 200 live games that let you play with other players and a live dealer. These include multiple versions of Sic-Bo, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack, and game shows.
As we expected, there are no demos available in live casino games.
Site Legitimacy
The site has a very mixed online reputation when it comes to reviews from previous players. Most say that their experiences with the site itself were smooth and generally free of problems.
However, quite a few people have complained about the lacking support they received from the customer support staff.
We would normally overlook a slightly negative reputation as long as the site holds a verified gaming license from a credible gaming authority. Sadly, there is no license visible anywhere on the site or in its terms and conditions-even though many people claim the site holds a license issued by the Curaçao Gaming Commission.

Eventually we did find that the holding company of the site, 1X Corp, is the holder of a valid gaming license. Considering that we couldn’t confirm that 1xBit itself has a license, we are forced to assume that the site operates under the license held by 1X Corp, which is indeed authentic.
How to Register
To register, you won’t need to supply any information. Simply click on the Register option and you will automatically be issued an account number and password. This can be used to log into your account in the future.
After registering, you are encouraged to link your email address to your account in case you ever need to recover your account. However, you are also encouraged to not use this email address to log in with, as it is less secure than your account number.
It should also be noted that the site doesn’t have a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy and you will never need to provide any other information regarding who you are. This is one of the benefits of playing with a crypto-only casino.

Usability

Customer Support
There is no FAQ available anywhere on the site. Instead, there is an online form, a support email (support-en@1xbit.com) and a live chat. Sadly, the support is possibly the worst we have ever encountered.
We reached out to support multiple times (even running through a VPN to try and get assigned to a different support team). Each time we were connected in under five minutes. However, the time between each agent response was well over 10 minutes.
Worse still, not once did we manage to get an actual answer for the questions we raised. Instead, the support simply kept telling us to refer to the site’s terms and conditions. This occurred after we had read these and knew that the answer we were looking for definitely wasn’t there.
The support eventually resorted to telling us that ‘You have been provided with all the necessary information’ and that ‘if you don’t have a valid request, I will need to cancel this chat session’.
Rules and Restrictions
